Labour, plant & daily progress
The daily record — manpower, plant, work done, weather, stoppages — captured at the workface and turned into earned value and prolongation evidence.

On a contractor's desk. The DPR is either a formality or the most valuable document on site. Filed daily with real manpower and stoppage detail, it is the productivity evidence a prolongation or disruption claim stands on — and there is no way to create it retrospectively.
What it holds
One report per day, no duplicates
Manpower by trade, plant deployed and idle, quantities executed, weather and stoppages with cause. A second report for the same day is refused with the reason.
Offline capture with photographs
Filed from the phone with no signal and synced exactly once; photographs attach to the report they belong to rather than sitting in a gallery.
Progress into earned value
Quantities executed bridge to the programme and the BOQ, producing S-curve and earned-value indices from site fact instead of from a planner's estimate.
Stoppage causes, aggregated
Drawing awaited, material awaited, employer instruction, rain, labour shortage — counted per month so the pattern behind a delay is arithmetic, not argument.
What it produces
- Monthly progress report with S-curve and EV indices
- Manpower histogram against the resource schedule
- Stoppage analysis by cause and by responsible party
What it will not allow
- Two reports for one day
- Progress beyond remaining quantity without a warning
- A photograph with no parent record
