Subcontracts & procurement

What you owe downstream, held against what you claim upstream — packages, purchase orders, stores and material reconciliation in one place, with every downstream certification checkable against the upstream one it discharges.

What it holds

Back-to-back subcontract packages

Scope, rates, retention and payment terms per package, aligned to the main contract items they discharge — so a downstream certification is checkable against an upstream one.

Purchase orders and commitments

Rupee-valued orders with delivery schedules, approvals by authority band, and the committed-versus-actual position per cost head.

Stores, issue and reconciliation

Receipts, issues and closing stock against theoretical consumption from measured work — the material reconciliation an employer's QS asks for at final account.

Three-way match: PO · GRN · vendor bill

A vendor bill approves only when its quantities and rates reconcile with the purchase order and the goods receipt — over-billing is caught by the record, not by memory.

What it produces

  • Package-level margin: certified up versus certified down
  • Material reconciliation statement per item
  • Commitment position against the cost plan
Two things this module does not do yet. Free-issue material and its recovery are not tracked: employer-issued material is not held against consumption, so a recovery at closure is still negotiated rather than read off the record. And there is no vendor ledger — a vendor is a name on a purchase order and an ITC row, not an entity with an outstanding position or a delivery-accuracy history. Both are stated here rather than implied by their absence, because everything else on this page is built and it should be obvious which two things are not.
