What it holds
Auto-referenced correspondence
Every letter takes a gapless practice reference in your own format, with direction, party, subject, the drawing or deliverable it concerns, and the thread it belongs to.
Ball-in-court and follow-ups
Each thread shows who owes the next response and for how long. Reply-due dates raise follow-ups automatically through module 06.
Thread-to-record links
A letter can be tied to a drawing revision, a submission, a cost plan or an invoice — so the correspondence and the artefact it argues about are never separated.
What it will not do
