In the product today

Design management

The single register of every drawing the practice has issued, at the revision it was issued, with the suitability it was issued for. If it is not on the register, it was not issued.

Project stage tracking, driven by submissions

Design progress measured by what has been submitted, reviewed and accepted — not by what someone reported at the Monday meeting.

Consultant & portal submissions

Your sub-consultants get a portal instead of your inbox. Appointments, dues, uploads, comments and a score that follows them to the next project.

AI scope-of-work preparation

A first draft of every sub-consultant appointment — scope, deliverables by stage, review checkpoints and exclusions — written against your own deliverable catalogue. A principal edits and issues it. Nothing is appointed by an agent: the draft is staged for review, and importing it is what creates the deliverables the project is tracked against.

AI deliverable monitoring

Dues against submissions, read across every project: what is late, against whom, and with what evidence. The figures are computed from your own deliverable schedule and submission ledger; the agent writes the chase note that goes with them, for you to send.

Deliverable & fee automations

The reminders that go out whether or not anyone remembers — to consultants, to your reviewers, and to clients who owe you money.

Design-stage cost management

One cost record that matures with the design — order of cost, schematic plan, NRM elemental plan, measured BOQ, specification — each stage inheriting the last and explaining the difference.

Billing & GST invoicing

Fee invoices raised against a completed stage, numbered on approval, frozen on issue, and GST-correct without an accountant re-keying them.

Expense management

Site visits, printing, statutory fees, models and petty cash booked to the project that incurred them — with the receipt attached and the statutory limits enforced at entry.

Work-done tracking

Work delivered against the stage, and against the fee. The gap between the two is the number a practice most needs and least often has.

Communication register

Every letter in and out, referenced and attributable.

Documents & CDE

The common data environment underneath everything else: an append-only version log, transmittals with acknowledgement, and controlled access for consultants, client and contractor.

Time tracker — project hours

Hours by person, project and design stage — the missing half of practice profitability. Booked against the mandate, certified by someone other than the person who booked them, and closed by period.
