Consultant & portal submissions
Your sub-consultants get a portal instead of your inbox. Appointments, dues, uploads, comments and a score that follows them to the next project.
- Design coordinator
- Structural · MEP · façade
- Landscape · specialist

In a practice. Sub-consultant coordination is where a design fee quietly evaporates: chasing packages, re-issuing the same comment three revisions running, absorbing a delay that was never yours. When the exchange happens on a portal, the chase becomes a report and the responsibility becomes a record.
What it holds
Appointment and scope of record
Each consultant’s appointed scope, fee stages and deliverable schedule held against the project — so what they owe is not a matter of recollection.
Package upload — drawings, PDF, CAD
Submissions arrive as versioned packages with a file manifest, validated on upload. The version they submitted is the version you reviewed and the version the register carries.
Severity-graded review comments
Comments carry a severity, an owner and a due date. A returned package resubmits as a new version with the prior comments visibly closed or carried forward — no comment quietly disappears.
KOI scoring per consultant
First-time-pass rate, average revisions per deliverable, days late and open-comment age — accumulated across mandates. The basis for the next appointment, and for a fee negotiation you can defend.
The flow
- 01Consultant appointed; deliverable dues generated from the stage catalogue.
- 02Portal invite issued — free, unlimited consultant logins.
- 03Package submitted against a specific due, with manifest.
- 04Reviewed; accepted, accepted-with-comment or returned.
- 05Acceptance credits the stage (02) and updates the KOI score.
What it will not allow
- A submission with no deliverable to sit against
- Closing a comment without a resolution note
- One consultant seeing another’s package
